Registration Information

The Tentative Schedule of Events, Rules and Regulations, and Package and Ticket prices are available to be downloaded and printed. Also Dance Entry Forms, Hotel Booking Sheet and the Account Summary Form.
You will need "Adobe Acrobat Reader" to view and print these forms. If you do not have this you can download it for free at the bottom of this page.
At this time it is not possible to book and/or enter online. You must print out the forms and mail or fax them to us.
