Please read carefully before submitting hotel reservations, entries and packages.

In order to guarantee accommodations at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the HAWAI‘I STAR BALL needs to prepay all booked hotel rooms, in full, by August 30th. Therefore a closing date of August 30th will have to be observed. All faxed hotel reservations (as well as entries) will only be accepted with Visa or MasterCard.
Dance entries will not be accepted until full payment is received. Payments for entries received after September 11th will be considered late and late entry fees will apply. See below
Entries postmarked, or received, or paid for after September 11th please add a late entry fee of $15 per dance Pro/Am entry or $40 per multi-dance entry (this includes Amateur, Professional, and Scholarship entries.
After September 11th only a Cashiers Check or Credit Card will be accepted.
Over the phone, faxed or e-mail entries will be accepted only with Visa or MasterCard.
All late entries will only be accepted if the timetable permits and does not create extra rounds.
All late, or changed, or substituted entries will not be counted towards Top Teacher, Top Studio awards.
Late entries received after September 15th will be returned.
You will receive confirmation of your entries and packages in the mail. Please check very carefully that no mistakes have been made.
REFUND POLICY – Packages and/or entries and Hotel reservations can be canceled, in writing, up to two (2) weeks prior to the event (September 14th) The refund will be in full less a $100 service charge and refunded after October 4th. After September 14th there can be no refunds.
